Welcome to Frandzzo, a leading SaaS-based cloud platform. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Frandzzo's platform and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing Frandzzo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any future updates.

User License and Restrictions

Frandzzo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer any part of the platform.
  • Use the platform for hosting or distributing malicious content, such as viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

You may terminate your use of Frandzzo at any time by deleting your account or Content from the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that harm the platform or its users.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the platform, but any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

Frandzzo's liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to use the platform during the 12 months preceding the event that led to the claim. In no event shall Frandzzo be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Frandzzo Refund Policy

  • ✅ Monthly Subscriptions: If you're not satisfied with our service within the first month of your subscription, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution. If you remain dissatisfied, we will issue a full refund and downgrade your account to the free plan.
  • ✅ Annual Subscriptions: If you are unhappy with our service within the first 45 days of your annual subscription, reach out to us. We will work to resolve your concerns or offer a suitable solution. If you're still dissatisfied, we will issue a full refund and downgrade your account to the free plan.
  • ✅ Ongoing Satisfaction: If, during your contract, we remove or discontinue functionality that was available when you signed up, please notify us immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide an acceptable workaround, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your contract.
  • ✅ Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription: If you downgrade your annual subscription (e.g., reducing user licenses or removing add-ons), we will provide credits in the form of an extension for your active licenses. Please note that any discounts applied will be excluded from the credit calculation.
  • ✅ Auto-Renewal: Our subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Before renewal, we will notify you of the amount to be charged. After renewal, we will send you a receipt with the renewal details. If you forgot to cancel and are charged, you can request a full refund within 5 business days for monthly subscriptions or 15 days for annual subscriptions. Refunds, including pro-rated refunds, will not be issued after these timeframes.
  • ✅ Exceptions: Refunds (full or pro-rated) are not available if your account is terminated or suspended due to activities that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, impersonation, or illegal activities.
